Offshore staff
OSLO, Norway –Aker Oilfield Services has contracted to provide subsea construction services offshore Brazil to an unnamed customer.
TheAker Wayfarerwill be used for 230 days starting in mid-2013.
The vessel is 157 m (515 ft) long and capable of operating in water depths up to 3,000 m (9,840 ft). She comes with two heave compensated cranes of 400 ton and 100 ton (dual fall) capacity, and two integrated heavy duty Work-class ROV's and survey spread.
The vessel has been at workoffshore Brazil over the past year.
