PERTH, Australia – WHL Energy Ltd. has mobilized seismic vessel CGG VikingII to the Otway basin off Victoria, Australia, for a 3D seismic survey of the La Bella oil field.

The La Bella survey will cover 867 sq. km (335 sq. mi.) and take 34 days to complete. An initial data volume is expected mid-February, and the final processed data is targeted to be received in mid-May.
