ZUG, Switzerland – Foster Wheeler (Nasdaq: FWLT) has acquired Ingen Ideas, an upstream consultancy company based in Aberdeen, UK.
Ingen provides oil and gas field development evaluation and implementation services for both greenfield and brownfield assets. Services include process engineering, flow assurance, enhanced oil and gas recovery, carbon management, and petroleum engineering.
The company will become part of Foster Wheeler’s Europe, Middle East, Africa (EMEA) Upstream operation, which currently has UK centers in Woking, Reading, Hull, and Glasgow.
