The 270 x 52-m (886 x 170-ft) floater will be deployed 110 mi (177 km) west of Shetland, replacing the existing Schiehallion FPSO. It will have production capacity of 130,000 bbl of oil and 2.2 MMcf/d of gas, with oil storage capacity of 1.06 MMbbl.

Hamworthy will provide two sets of IGG units, including two deck water seals, two control systems, two inert gas cleaners, and two pressure vacuum breakers.

This equipment and the associated control system will be placed inside a dedicated inert gas room to protect it from the harsh operating environment.
