ABERDEEN, UK – SeaHold GeoShips Ltd. has acquired Brooklyn Shipping Ltd.
Brooklyn Shipping will become a division of the GeoShips Group, and will continue to be managed by managing director Rennie Cameron. The company will retain its own name and branding, while supplying GeoShips and the industry with marine management services.
Terms of the deal are not being disclosed.
