Offshore staff
HAMILTON, Bermuda -- ExxonMobil Corp. has signed a contract with Seadrill for the long-term use of the West Aquarius semisubmersible for international exploration activities.
The contract has a firm duration of three years and an estimated contract value of $570 million.
The West Aquarius is under construction at Daewoo Shipbuilding and Marine Engineering in South Korea and is scheduled to begin operations at the end of 3Q 2008.
