ABERDEEN, UK – The Triton Group plans to display its latest generation ROV during Offshore Europe 2009. The launch is scheduled for Wednesday, Sept. 9, at Triton’s service center in Aberdeen.
Designed and manufactured by Perry Slingsby Systems, the XLR is the latest evolution of the Triton series and is described as the “baby brother” to the heavy-duty XLX.
The 125-hp vehicle is designed for drill and light construction work and incorporates the latest controls technology, ICE (Integrated real-time Control Engine,) intuitive graphic user interface, and ergonomic pilot control consoles with touch screen technology.
