Veripos contracted for Sakhalin positioning services

MOSCOW -- ARIS Geophysical has awarded Veripos a contract to provide positioning services, associated equipment, and software aboard two vessels conducting transitional zone seismic surveys offshore Sakhalin, Russia.

The company has equipped the source vessel Iskatel 4 and recording vessel Professor Gagarinsky with Veripos LD2-G2 mobile receiver systems along with Verify-QC software for real-time assessment and post-processing. Data is generated via the company’s Ultra precise point positioning service.
