STAVANGER, Norway – Equinor has agreed to sell its non-operated interests in the Tommeliten gas/condensate field in the Norwegian North Sea to Poland’s PGNiG for $220 million.
Tommeliten Alpha was discovered in 1976. Equinor will divest its 42.38% stake in the Tommeliten Unit (license PL 044 TA) and 30% of PL 044, both operated by ConocoPhillips. It estimates the net resources covered by the deal at 52 MMboe.
