Lundin given go-ahead for Norway well

Petroleum Safety Authority Norway has authorized Lundin Norway to drill a prospect in production license 400 in the Norwegian North Sea.

OSLO-- Petroleum Safety Authority Norway has authorized Lundin Norway to drill a prospect in production license 400 in the Norwegian North Sea.

The Mærsk Guardian will drill well 3/8-1, in a water depth of roughly 65 m (213 ft).

Drilling should start in mid-November, with an estimated duration of 61-75 days, depending on the result.
