HOUSTON – Foster Marketing Communications has named Jamie Efurd as VP of marketing. She will manage all of the agency’s business development efforts, including growing operations in its current market, leading the company into additional markets, and expanding its international presence. She will also oversee the agency’s tactical marketing functions, including positioning, and brand identity.
