Actenum to release updated rig scheduling software

VANCOUVER -- Actenum is releasing RAS 2.0, an updated version of its rig activity scheduling application for the energy industry.
New features in RAS 2.0 include:
• Scheduling to meet user-defined production targets
• Scheduling of activities according to priority or timing sequences
• Support for special equipment availability
• Support for rig travel computations based on multiple factors (including speed, road network, and movement restrictions)
• Support for multiple product grades in production target computations
• A web-based deployment and schedule publishing facility.
The product is scheduled for release in December 2007.
