Scotsdale Petroleum acquires REAP 29/25 Ltd.

PA Resources' British subsidiary Scotsdale Petroleum has acquired REAP 29/25 Ltd., which has a 100% working interest in exploration license P1318 in the west of Auk basin, central Graben area of the North Sea.

STOCKHOLM -- PA Resources' British subsidiary Scotsdale Petroleum has acquired REAP 29/25 Ltd., which has a 100% working interest in exploration license P1318 in the west of Auk basin, central Graben area of the North Sea.

Scotsdale has assigned 50% of license P1318 to Dove Energy. The license covers blocks 29/18b, 19b, 24, and 25 in quadrant 29 in the UK North Sea.

Scotsdale plans to acquire new seismic data in the license this year with drilling decisions expected in early 2009.
