STAVANGER, Norway –Roxar AS has divided into three separate incorporated companies. RFM Holding AS assumes the hardware business, RSS Software Holding AS takes the software operation, and Roxar Holding AS gets the ownership interest of Roxar AS in Energy Scitech Ltd.
