DUBAI -- Hugh Fraser International (HFI) has established a new hub office in Perth, Australia. The team of legal and business professionals at HFI Asia-Pacific will focus on serving clients in the energy, water, and environmental technology sectors. The office is led by Shaye Chapman, deputy managing partner of HFI.
