HOUSTON -- Knowledge Reservoir and Fusion Petroleum Technologies have expanded their global strategic alliance.
Both companies are preparing for major consulting projects in Libya and will share office and laboratory facilities in Tripoli. The KR-Fusion alliance will provide clients in Libya with an integrated offering of geoscience and engineering technology, services, logistics, and facilities support for exploration and production projects.
In 2007, the companies announced separate strategic alliance agreements with The National Petroleum Services Company of Kuwait (NAPESCO). Under the KR-Fusion alliance, NAPESCO will provide sales, marketing, and local support of Fusion technology and KR services. Knowledge Reservoir supports its Middle East operations from a newly opened office in Muscat, Oman, which will also assist Fusion in activities in the region.
