Hartshead continuing North Sea gas project farm-out talks

NORTH PERTH, Australia – Hartshead Resources has completed the initial phase of a partial farmdown process for its Phase I development of the Anning and Somerville gas fields in the UK southern North Sea.

In June the company appointed LAB Energy Advisors to support the process. It has since received interest from potential industry partners, some of which are now part of the next stage involving further due diligence and negotiations.

Hartshead is seeking a partner to co-fund Phase 1. It hopes to conclude negotiations during 1Q 2023.
