Offshore India giants team up for Saurashtra exploration block

Reliance Industries, ONGC and BP Exploration (Alpha) have entered a joint operating agreement for an exploration block offshore western India, according to a July 29 Reliance news release.

Block GS-OSHP-2022/2 is in the Saurashtra Basin.

The concession was awarded under India’s Hydrocarbon Exploration and Licensing Policy.
