OSLO, Norway — Petoro has awarded AGR a three-year frame agreement to support its oil and gas production across the Norwegian Continental Shelf.
State-owned Petoro manages the Norwegian state’s direct financial interest in the country’s petroleum sector, with the same rights and obligations as other licensees on the shelf.
AGR will perform independent consultancy and third-party verification studies and will deploy the majority of its services, including reservoir and well management, well control and blowout contingency, provision of operations geologists, and resourcing.
The agreement carries extension options.
