RDS awarded Golden Eagle design services contract

ABERDEEN, UK -- Nexen Petroleum UK has awarded RDS a contract for drilling facilities concept design services for the Golden Eagle development in the North Sea.

The Golden Eagle Area, operated by Nexen Petroleum UK Ltd., is in blocks 20/1N and 20/1S of the UK central North Sea and comprises three reservoirs: Golden Eagle, Hobby, and Pink.
