Songa Venus contracted for Shell Browse basin campaign

LIMASOL, Cyprus -- Shell Development has contracted the semisubmersible Songa Venus for a 156-day exploration drilling campaign in the Browse basin, offshore Australia.

The contract with Songa Offshore includes options for three additional wells.
