Paul Barshop guides IPA’s support that helps clients achieve their sustainability objectives. Since joining IPA in 2000, Paul has held many leadership roles including Chief Operating Officer, Capital Solutions Director, and most recently Director of Asia-Pacific. Paul holds an M.S. in Business Administration from Boston University in Boston, Massachusetts, and a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from New Mexico State University in Las Cruces, New Mexico.
Adi Akheramka
Manager, Carbon Management & Sustainability

Adi Akheramka focuses on improving the sustainability performance of individual capital projects through effective benchmarking and best practices. Joining IPA in 2018, Adi coordinates the Joint IPA-Industry Carbon Working Group, a collective of 35+ owner companies working together to develop industry-standard frameworks and metrics to improve project-specific greenhouse gas performance. Adi holds an M.S. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Alaska Fairbanks in Fairbanks, Alaska, and a B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering from the Laxminarayan Institute of Technology in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.
