Nordic Maritime Pte. Ltd. has won a contract to provide 2D seismic survey work offshore Indonesia by MultiClient Geophysical (Pte) Ltd.

CAMAC to acquire 3D seismic offshore Gambia

CAMAC Energy Gambia Ltd., has awarded a contract for the acquisition of a 3D seismic survey to Polarcus Ltd. The survey will cover 1,504 sq km (581 sq mi) in the company’s A2 and A5 blocks offshore Gambia.

SEG 2014 takes stock of geophysical technology, trends

Two words that encapsulate the Society of Exploration Geophysicists annual International Exposition and 84th Annual Meeting in Denver are "innovation" and "integration." Of all the technologies involved in upstream oil and gas, none is more subject to innovations than is the geophysics side. TGS to expand coverage of 3D electromagnetic data over Barents Sea

TGS and Electromagnetic Geoservices ASA (EMGS) have agreed to further expand the companies' previous cooperation agreement in the Barents Sea. TGS will partner with EMGS to acquire electromagnetic (EM) data over approximately 10 new blocks in the Nordkapp and Tiddly areas.
