Lincoln Electric Holdings appoints VPs

CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Lincoln Electric Holdings has appointed Steven B. Hedlund as VP of strategy and business development. The company has also appointed Earl L. Ward as VP of mergers, acquisitions, and investor relations.

Hedlund will be responsible for strategic planning, strategic analysis, and long-term project management for the company. Ward will be responsible for Lincoln's mergers and acquisitions program and investor relations. The company's risk management and corporate relations departments will also report to Ward.
