Grenland Group delivers produced water treatment skid for Kristin platform

PORSGRUNN, Norway -- Grenland Group has delivered a produced water cleaning skid to M-I SWACO for use on the Kristin semisubmersible platform in the Norwegian Sea. The end customer is StatoilHydro.
The skid will be installed to treat produced water from the Tyrihans tie-in. Grenland Group's work is based on M-I SWACO's EPCON CFU technology.
The Kristin skid is the seventh produced water cleaning skid delivered by Grenland Group. The contract value totaled NOK27 million ($5.33 million).
