CSL opens London office

ABERDEEN -- CSL has opened a new office in central London. The London office, which opened for business in March, is located midway between the city and the West End and was chosen specifically because of its close proximity to a number of independent oil and gas operators.
It is managed by a full time team and consolidates CSL's presence in the London market, where the company has already been actively supporting clients. CSL has two full time subsea project management and engineering teams based at client sites and in the last two years has added London-based clients like Centrica, Antrim Energy, Granby Oil & Gas, BG Group, and Nexen to its portfolio.
"The advantages of having an operating base in London with people physically on site, on a permanent basis are clear," says Mark Gillespie, CSL's MD. "We can quickly access the necessary subsea skills and expertise through our extensive network of specialists in London and beyond. It puts us in a strong position to grow the local capability, expand our client base, and access international projects that are managed from the city. And finally, it clearly demonstrates to our clients a long-term commitment to supporting their operations."
