    SINGAPORE– The COSCO (Guangdong) Shipyard Co Ltd. has delivered a new anchor handling tug supply vessel to an unidentified Asian buyer.

    TheHai Yang Shi You 641vessel is 73.8 m (242 ft) overall length, 16 m (52 ft) wide, and 7.4 m (24 ft) deep.
