LONDON – Ensco plc has named Paul Rowsey as non-executive chairman of the board of directors following Dan Rabun’s planned retirement on May 18.
Rowsey has been a member ofEnsco’s board since 2000. He most recently served as lead director and remains chairman of the Nominating and Governance Committee.
Rabun served as chairman following his retirement as president and CEO in 2014. He has served on Ensco’s board of directors since 2006 and was appointed CEO and chairman in 2007.
