HOUSTON– Atwood Oceanics, Inc. (NYSE: ATW) has named Mark W. Smith as interim CFO to replace the departing Mark L. Mey.
Smith has served as vice president, chief accounting officer, and controller. He has more than 20 years experience in the financial, consulting, and energy industries.
