HOUSTON –The US offshore rig count is 37, down 11 rigs from last week, and down 18 rigs year over year.
Baker Hughes’ US rig count shows a decrease of 56 rigs from last week to 1,069, with oil rigs down 41 to 825, gas rigs down 15 to 242, and miscellaneous rigs unchanged at two.
The US rig count is down 734 rigs from last year at 1,803, with oil rigs down 648, gas rigs down 84, and miscellaneous rigs down two.
Canadian rig count is down 80 rigs from last week to 140, with oil rigs own 55 to 30, and gas rigs down 25 to 110.
Canadian rig count is down 249 rigs from last year at 389, with oil rigs down 180, and gas rigs down 69.
