Offshore staff
LONDON –African Petroleum Corp. has agreed to a request to extend the proposed completion date of an agreement to farm-in to its 100% owned offshore Liberian LB-08 license.
The extension is for approximately three months. Completion of thefarm-in transaction is subject to contract and a number of conditions, which, apart from one pertaining to approval from the Liberian government, is now scheduled to be completed on June 30, 2015.
