OSLO, Norway –Aqualis ASA (OSE:Aqua) has decided to merge the operations of Tristein AS into Aqualis Offshore AS.
Since its acquisition, Tristein has operated as a stand-alone entity as part of the Aqualis Group. Now the company is being merged into the group’s main Norwegian operational unit, Aqualis Offshore AS.
“The combination of Aqualis Offshore and Tristein will allow us to deliver enhanced services to all our clients by sharing expertise and resources, particularly where engineering and offshore attendances are required,” says Bjørn Håvard Brænden, director of Norwegian operations at Aqualis Offshore.
