ANTWERP, Belgium – Exmar says Total has signed an extension of its contract for the accommodation barge OTTO 5 until mid-2017.
The vessel and another Exmar accommodation bargeNUNCE are both operating in West Africa. The KISSAMA will be redelivered from its current contract in June and is being offered for employment in the region, the contractor adds.
Last year Exmar delivered its second in-house engineered OPTI semisubmersible production platform toLLOG. It is expected to start production operations at the Delta House project in the Gulf of Mexico during the current quarter.
