Offshore staff
HOUSTON –Atwood Oceanics Inc. (NYSE: ATW) has agreed to provide drilling services with the jackup rig Atwood Mako. The contract will be performed in Southeast Asia at an operating day rate of $155,000 for a minimum of 70 days for the unnamed customer.
The agreement includes a priced option for an additional term.
TheAtwood Mako is working offshore Malaysia and is expected to mobilize to its new location in late March, in direct continuation of its current program.
