DUBAI – Lamprell plc, a provider of offshore fabrication, engineering, and contracting services, reports that the president's agreement with Steven Lamprell and Lamprell Holdings Ltd., the company's principal shareholder, has now ceased to be effective.
Lamprell also says that the company entered into an agreement with those parties on Nov. 16, satisfying the requirements of the UK Financial Conduct Authority’s (FCA's) Listing Rules with respect to controlling shareholders.
