LIMASSOL, Cyprus – Songa Offshore says its drilling rig Songa Dee has completed its special periodic survey in Invergordon, northern Scotland, and has left the yard.
The rig has since undergone repair and installation of one of its main engines, with incline and verification testing.
Songa Dee is at the coast of Norway waiting for weather conditions to improve so that it can transfer to the drilling location at the Gullfaks field in the North Sea in order to continue its contract for Statoil.
