SeaBotix to join Teledyne Marine Systems

SeaBotix, part of the recent Bolt Technology Corp. acquisition by parent company Teledyne Technologies Inc., will join the Marine Systems group.

SeaBotix manufactures underwater observation class miniROVs designed to perform a multitude of tasks that include maritime security, search and recovery, hull, pipeline and infrastructure inspection, hazardous environment intervention, aquaculture, sensor deployment, oceanographic research, nuclear applications, and more.

SeaBotix will operate under the name Teledyne SeaBotix from its current location in San Diego, California.
