TEHRAN, Iran – The fourth platform jacket for Phase 13 of the South Pars gas field development has been loaded out, according to new service Shana.
Pars Oil and Gas Co. expects to install the jacket, constructed by Iranian Marine Industrial Co. (Sadra), over the next few days.
The structure weighs 1,995 tons and is more than 72 m (236 ft) tall.
Phase 13, now more than 50% complete, is under development by a consortium of Petro Paydar Iranian, Sadra, and MAPNA on an engineering, procurement, and construction basis.
