HOUSTON – Abu Dhabi Marine Operating Co. (ADMA-OPCO) has awarded Atkins two contracts worth more than $3 million for offshore structural analysis services that will support the safe life extension of existing critical infrastructure.
The first contract is for the quantitative structural assessment of 31 wellhead towers (WHTs) in the Umm Shaif field offshoreAbu Dhabi. Atkins will assess the WHTs to establish an integrity management system for the company's fleet of offshore structures.
The second award is for advanced structural analysis of barge-type structures that form the central platforms of ADMA OPCO’s offshore processing facilities.
