HOUSTON -- AFGlobal Corp. has completed its integration of VerdErg Connectors Ltd., a UK-based supplier of customized subsea pipeline and control connection systems. AFGlobal acquired VerdErg Connectors in late June.
This acquisition adds to AFGlobal’s international OEM position in the offshore oil and gas industry. It also broadens the products and services within the company’s Connectors & Sealing Technologies business unit.
AFGlobal’s position in deepwater production is further augmented with the inclusion of VerdErg’s diverless connection solutions for jumpers, pipelines, production risers, umbilicals, repair and ROV tooling, as well as direct management of the fabrication, system integration, maintenance support and aftermarket care.
