HOUSTON – Petrobras has contracted FMC Technologies to supply five subsea manifolds for presalt fields offshore Brazil.
The order represents the balance of the 16 subsea manifolds contracted last year under a frame agreement. In total, FMC Technologies has received orders for 19 subsea manifolds forPetrobras’ presalt fields.
The equipment, to be engineered and manufactured in Brazil, is expected to be delivered from early 2015 onward.
