LUND, Sweden – Alfa Laval (STO:ALFA) has won an order to supply Framo pumping systems to Samsung Heavy Industries in South Korea. The order, booked in the Marine & Offshore Pumping Systems segment, has a value of SEK 240 million ($35 million) and is scheduled for delivery in 2015.
The order comprises offshore pumping systems for an FPSO vessel commissioned byTotal SA that will be built by Samsung. Once completed, the vessel will be anchored in the Egina field offshore Nigeria.
