WorleyParsons signs MOU with Wison Offshore & Marine to jointly pursue projects

WorleyParsons Services Pty Ltd. has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Wison Offshore & Marine to jointly pursue the execution and delivery of ship-shaped floating LNG, FPSO, and other similar offshore oil and gas projects.

Perth, Australia –WorleyParsons Services Pty Ltd. has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Wison Offshore & Marine to jointly pursue the execution and delivery of ship-shaped floating LNG, FPSO, and other similar offshore oil and gas projects.

Under the agreement, the companies will deliver projects on an engineering, procurement, construction and installation (EPCI) basis. The two companies will initially focus on the Australasia region, includingAustralia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, and other Southeast Asia countries.

“The focus area of our cooperation will be to expand the partnerships offering of flexible, cost effective and innovative FLNG, FPSO, and other solutions to small and mid-scale developments that have typically been less able to capture value from the much larger-scale offerings we have seen in the marketplace” said WorleyParsons’ CEO Andrew Wood.
