Offshore staff
READING, UK – BG has commissioned consultancy Xodus Group to perform a $3.4- million front-end engineering design study for the Dolphin field offshore Trinidad.
Work started last February and will be completed later this summer. It involves an upgrade of water-handling facilities – volumes of produced water from the field are set to increase from 100 b/d to 12,000 b/d over the next few years.
Xodus is managing the project using teams in Aberdeen and Glasgow, UK, supported by Orkney Islands-based produced water specialist Steven Tulloch, with environmental input from centers in London and Houston.
