STOCKHOLM, Sweden – PA Resources is close to finalizing a target for the Elyssa 4 appraisal well offshore Tunisia.
Subject to both Tunisian regulatory approvals anddrilling rig availability, the well could start drilling in 4Q or early next year.
At theDidon offshore field, an electric submersible pump (ESP) is expected to be installed in a production well this spring, with all associated surface electrical and control equipment already in place.
A second ESP should be installed during 4Q in a shut-in well. Results from the two installations are expected to help determine the location fordrilling of an infill well, currently planned for 1Q 2015.
