Caesar Systems allies with Portfolio Decisions on risk-integrated workflows

HOUSTON – Caesar Systems has formed a strategic alliance withPortfolio Decisions to offer risk-integratedworkflows, from asset development to portfolio management and executive strategy.
The companies will provide a data interface between their respective software products, Perspectives portfolio management software and Petroleum Ventures and Risk (PetroVR) simulation software, to streamline information exchange between the asset development plan and the portfolio optimization plan.
Perspectives software is an advanced analytics platform for modeling the interaction among existing assets and future investment opportunities, taking into account conflicting targets and goals.
PetroVR is designed to simulate an entire E&P network from subsurface to point of sale, including probabilistic risk and uncertainty modeling.
