AGR to manage offshore Africa well campaign

ABERDEEN, UK – AGR Petroleum Services will provide well management services for Genel Energy’s first North/West Africa offshore drilling campaign.

Scope of the $27.6-million contract includes drilling engineering and planning, supply chain management, and operations support for the 10-well program.

Operations are expected to start in late 2013, using the deepwater semisubmersibleNoble Paul Romano, and are due to last two years.
