Offshore staff
PARIS – Finnish contractor Citec has agreed to acquire French oil and gas engineering consultancy Akilea Engineering.
Akilea designs offshore platforms, pipelines, refineries, and power plants. Services include engineering, procurement, construction and project management, and LNG studies.
Previous clients include Technip, Saipem, Foster Wheeler, Jacobs, and Total France EDF, and Alstom.
