Offshore staff
LONDON – Adriatic Oil is farming into 25% of a license in the Inner Moray Firth in the UK central North Sea.
The concession covers blocks 12/18 and 12/19c, both operated by Elixir Petroleum. Work commitments include acquiring 3D seismic and potentially drilling a well by 2014.
Both blocks are northeast of the producingBeatrice oil field and west of the Captain field in a water depth of 75 m (246 ft). Elixir claims to have identified a large startigraphic prospect in the mid-Jurassic Beatrice formation.
