OSLO, Norway –A letter of intent between Fred. Olsen Production ASA (OSE:FOP) on behalf of a joint venture with Marubeni Corp. to construct, install, and charter an FPSO for PetroVietnam Technical Services Corp. has expired without a contract.

The FPSO would have been for the Thang Long and Dong Do fieldsoffshore Vietnam.
